Balew Mersha Desta, Lecturer at Bahir Dar University, has got his LLB in 2000 and his LLM in 2007 from Addis Ababa University, Faculty of Law. As of November 2001 he has been serving the University as Department Head, Distance Program Coordinator and Research & Publication Officer. Currently, he is the Legal Officer of the University.
