This research has practical purposes and to meet the needs in employees of Iran National Steel Industrial Group in order to improve and optimization tools and methodsto develop practical knowledge in the field of empowerment of human resources and management and organizational development. In order to describe the dataused from SPSS software and to evaluate structures and their dimensions from Fuzzy AHP method and also to compare the effects of structures and their standardized coefficients from structural equation modelingis used. In this book, three main constructs (dimensions of empowerment, organizational structure and internal organizational factors) were identified as dimensions of empowerment in manpower that according to the results, structure of empowerment dimensions is located in the first priority and structure of internal organizational factors in third priority.
