By 2020, India will have the largest tertiary-age population in the world and will have the second largest graduate talent pipeline globally, following China and ahead of the USA. Other hand, Poland seems to be determined to find the solutions of demography impact on higher education system which is deeply effecting educational institutions as well as quality education in Poland. Polish educational institutions are struggling for its survivals, and loosing their glimpse of long traditions and quality education.
