Abdurakhmonov, MukhtoraliKhuramova Khadicha Mamadovna - was born in 1971 in the Leninabad region of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 1996 he successfully graduated from the Namangan Institute of Engineering and Economics with a degree in "Textiles and light industry machinery and equipment" and in 2010 from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Land Reclamation.
