Bengat K.Joseph holds an BED (ARTS) and an Msc in HRM from Moi Universty. He worked as an High school teacher, editor in a local media firm and a lecturer in Moi University. He is a gifted poet and accomplice facilitator in Management issues. He is a Registrar (Administration and Finance) in Kenya Highlands Evangelical University and Phd student.
