As I stated in Volume One of this book, the Lord instructed us through the Gospel of St. Luke that we ought to pray always and not to faint (Luke 18:1). I believe that prayer changes things. We release the hand of God to move on our behalf when we pray. Again, I affirm my sincere belief that a non-praying Christian is an ineffective Christian because it is when we pray that God intervenes in our situations or in our circumstances. We therefore ought to pray in order to change the situations and circumstances that the devil sends against us.
