Moreover, we will also discuss the risk involved with introducing and implementing a pedagogical innovation in a different educational system, the risk with introducing and transforming university level courses and teaching styles with high school students, and most important of all, how to manage these risks.

Michael Radin taught in several universities in Latvia (Riga Technical University, Transportation and Sakaru Institute and Liepaja University) during his spring 2016 sabbatical. Furthermore, Michael taught different courses, different seminars, and conducted Math Olympics in American Style as his successful international pedagogical innovations.
