This work focuses on an interactive research experience between teachers, students, and information and communication technologies through the development of a project at a school in the municipality of Santa Rosa, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The study aimed to verify how dialogical relationships were established between teachers and students and among students themselves in relation to the use of information technology in research activities. Pedagogical dialogue is understood as the interaction of meanings between the subjects involved in the research, which provides educational emancipation for teachers and students, as it facilitates the teaching and learning process. Information and communication technologies, on the other hand, require an environment conducive to pedagogical appropriation by teachers and students, in order to overcome the myth of computers in schools, that is, to overcome the illusion that the presence of computers would solve pedagogical problems in schools. To this end, the Educational Informatics Workshop (OIE) was held, composed of first-year high school students and the teacher-researcher in a field observation project, divided into four stages.
