The present book tries to explore the possible relationship between Iranian EFL teachers' personality, beliefs, and pedagogical success. In addition to this purpose, discovering the major personality types and teaching beliefs as well as investigating success differences among female and male English teachers is another purpose of the study. The analysis of the obtained data revealed that except for the significant relationship between teaching beliefs and Introversion/Extraversion, there is no significant correlation between teaching beliefs and pedagogical success of EFL teachers. There was found no significant relationship between personality types and pedagogical success and the descriptive statistics showed that only two types of personality are widespread. Also, the existence of a significant difference between success of female and male EFL teachers was explored.
