The importance of teamwork as an essential tool in work environment seems to be neglected by both employers and employees who have lead them to deficient performance and poor productivity in their jobs. Our methodology contains population, sample size, method used and secondary data. The results confirmed the hypothesis one by saying that there is relationship between knowledge sharing and productivity because R² was 0. 661; hypothesis two saying that there is relationship between team cohesiveness and quality of work was confirmed because R² was 0.770; hypothesis three saying that there is relationship between team trust and effectiveness was confirmed because R² was 0.644 and hypothesis four saying that there is relationship between team spirit and synergy was confirmed because R² was 0.294. Based upon the findings of this research, it shows that truly teamwork has an impact on employee performance.
