O autorze

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Helmut Krcmar ist seit 2002 Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Fakultät für Informatik der Technischen Universität München. Er ist Mitglied der Fakultät für Informatik, Zweitmitglied der Fakultät für Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Mitglied des Zentralinstituts 'Carl von Linde-Akademie'. Seit 2004 ist er Mitglied des Boards des Elite-Graduate-Programms 'Finance and Information Management (FIM)' im Elitenetzwerk Bayern. Von 2003 - Mai 2007 war er Academic Director des Programms ¡communicate!, und seit 2004 ist er Scientific Director des Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) der Technischen Universität München. Krcmars Forschungsinteressen umfassen die Bereiche Informations- und Wissensmanagement, Engineering und Management IT-basierter Dienstleistungen, Pilotierung innovativer Informationssysteme in Gesundheitswesen, Umweltmanagement und E-Government sowie Computerunterstützung für die Kooperation in verteilten und mobilen Arbeits- und Lernprozessen.
