This work presents the various stages in the treatment and quality control of water intended for human consumption. Carried out at the Office National de l'Eau Potable (ONEP), it describes the processes applied to ensure the potability of water from collection to distribution. The report details the operations of pre-chlorination, coagulation-flocculation, decantation, filtration and disinfection, as well as the physico-chemical and bacteriological analyses used to verify water compliance with national health standards.
