Eduardo Monnerat was born in Nova Friburgo-RJ. He graduated in military sciences and completed six higher education faculties with post-graduate and master's degrees, a full degree in Portuguese-English Letters, and completed 30 civilian and military courses. He is versed in Latin, German, English, French and Spanish.Thiago Soares, is a lawyer with honors in his undergraduate degree.
