Mustafa Abdul-Jabbar has served as a teacher, school administrator, director of diversity initiatives for schools, and education researcher. Eric Yoak has served as a teacher, school principal, school district administrator, and in university-based rolesaimed atsupporting leadership development research and practice. He currently works as a school administrator in a large urban district and teaches courses in leadership and research methods.
