Chung H. Kau, BDS, MScD, MBA, PhD, MOrth, FAMS, FDSGlas, FFD (Ortho), FDSEdin, FAMS, FICD, is Professor and Chairman at the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Alabama–Birmingham School of Dentistry in Birmingham, Alabama, USA.
