Silvina Bakardzhieva is currently working at Bulgarian Maritime Administration, Sofia as Senior Legal Adviser. She is Bulgarian and lives in Sofia. She has Master in Law, Specialization Maritime Law from Technical University, Varna, Master 1 Juriste from Université d'Artois, France and Master on International Maritime Law from IMLI IMO, Malta.
