Inadequate supply of entrepreneurs, lack of access to modern technology and extension of credit, non-availability of raw materials, deficiency of demand, smallness of the size of the market and inadequate infrastructural facilities are the constraints in the promotion of the development of small industry. Despite this, the development of small industry has been accorded priority in the plans to accelerate the process of development.
