Dr Edna Temese Manutai has just completed her PhD in Engineering. She has published Journal and Conference Papers in the fields of E-learning, Multimedia and ICT. She recently worked on developing mobile applications for higher education learning. She is also working on a project called "KISSEL" for the Asia Pacific Region.
