If higher the glycemic index in the food, causes increases the blood sugar level leads to diabetes. To control the problem the optimal amount of raw materials are added to maintain the glycemic index to be low. The consumers now-a-days not only eat food for taste and need but try to balance the diet and maintain proper health.
