One day I went to the hospital and met one prisoner brought by a prison guard. The prisoner, a young Black guy was very impatient. The guard said to him "you are a very angry young man. People are safer out there when you are behind bars. If you do not stop these crimes you will either die in prison - I assure you that you will not reach old age like this" The young man said he did not commit a crime. He and his friend just hijacked a car from someone.
