I found the book to be well researched and comprehensive. If you are new to the topic of innovation, it provides a sound introduction to the topic. It provides tools to "democratize innovation" such that a wider range of employees can be engaged across an organization. I particularly appreciated that the references the author chose spanned many decades of how people can work together more effectively as opposed to just skimming the most recent writings on a topic. This treasure trove of distilled information, in itself, could be worth the price of the book for many. This well-researched book, has made a strong contribution to the field of innovation and deserves a place on the reading list for anyone concerned with the innovation process and improving upon what they already have in place.
