Dr. Seemin Rubab has done her masters in Physics from Patna University and doctorate in Renewable Energy from IIT Delhi. Presently she teaches Physics at National Institute of Technology, Srinagar. She has about forty publications in International and National Journals and Proceedings of International and National Conferences.
