Ilkay Öztürk (ed.) has graduated from Kocaeli University, Faculty of Engineering, in 1998. She received her PH.D. at Marmara University in the field of management and organization. She is an assistant professor at Bahçes¸ehir University. She has publications on strategy and leadership, organizational behaviour and human resources management.
