The book 'Daphney-The Mule' centers around this special animal. Daphney is a beautiful, wonderful mule that has many interesting stories to tell. The first chapter of the book talks about how a mule comes about. The rest of the titles in this series (14 so far) go into Chick's offspring and friends. These books have had many very positive reviews from the top reviewers (students, teachers, and librarians). The author-written AR tests are free.
