Drug abuse among youth, including university students is a serious problem which currently faced all over the word. Youth especially those come from poor family are at higher risk of interring to the persisting problem. African countries, including Tanzania is one among the country whereby the problem is seemed to grow rapidly despite the intervention made by the government and other agencies to mitigate the persisting problem.
