The development of new technologies has increased in the last year and teachers have not known how to respond due to their limited training in the use and management of ICTs. For teachers these technological tools are of utmost importance because they directly or indirectly affect the teaching-learning processes, i.e., this research explains the incidence of the use of ICTs and creativity in the subject Protocol and Events. The research has a mixed approach with field modality, it is supported by a quasi-experimental research with the method (ADDIE), focused on 5 phases: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. In addition, it has a longitudinal, transversal and causal bibliographic-documentary background study. Seventh semester students participate in the research, who are divided into two groups: the first group applies the Pontoow tool, while the second group continues with traditional classes.Likewise, for their starting point, a pre-test and post-test with validity and reliability tests are applied to demonstrate the relationship between their variables, by means of the non-parametric Mann-Whitn U test.
