One of the tools that was implemented for the creation of an adaptable and practical information system was to take into account the follow-up of the development of the DECISYSTEM software and the SCRUM methodology, which allowed the progress of the system in a flexible way in the management of compression of the problem, using diverse techniques to decompose and organize the processes, guaranteeing the fulfillment and delivery of the administrator's requirements. The programming languages used are PHP and its graphical interfaces in HTML and CSS.
