Iron-Nickel based super alloys are popular material for aeronautical engine structural applications & many others. In the present book with suitable theoretical discussions low cycle fatigue behavior of a Nickel based superalloy at elevated temperature was examined for different heat treated condition (single aging, double aging) at different strain amplitudes. Stress partitioning analysis is used suitably to explain cyclic stress response of the material from the basic stress components level. Additionally loop shape parameter is employed to correlate cyclic stress response. Experimental result is validated with ABAQUS simulated hysteresis loop and stress components values.
