Walter's cuisine is not planned in any way, that there was no daily, weekly or monthly setup, as he was at that time very busy with his music, his videos, his art and his web sites. He cooks a spontaneous kind of cuisine, and most of the dishes take only 5 to 15 minutes of preparation. All the ideas that you see displayed as 'menus' came up spontaneously and were executed on the spot. Any kind of planned and organized cuisine would go against his way of living.
