I have designed, along with my education team, several Christian Leadership Training courses, in efforts to intentionally develop the Christian leader. Cross Training is a training that was developed in efforts to prepare disciples for the -outside world-. So often we as Christians, have been huddled in protection within the church walls, but Christ did not design us this way. Although it is important to spend time within the sanctity of Christ for a season, the ultimate preparation is to bring Heaven to Earth. This is the view of Christ that we share at Fusion Family Ministries. This book is a collection of challenges that myself and my education team follow on a daily basis, and we have published these challenges in efforts to improve and equip the saints of Jesus Christ.
