Wishing to improve the success of adopting ERP systems worldwide, there have been many research studies examining what factors are critical to the process. However, there has been no academic study investigating on critical factors for ERP adoption in Vietnam despite of its developing market. This book examines the critical success factors of adopting an ERP system in Vietnam through a successful ERP project of one Vietnamese company. In addition, the book introduces the new concepts of the ERP adoption process where ERP implementation is one of its phases. The combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was used to conduct the research. Specifically, interviews with different stakeholders in the case's project, project's documentation and small-scale survey were collected and analyzed. The findings indicated that nine factors were found to be critical to the success of the ERP adoption process in Vietnam. Therefore, this book is a good reference for managers, novice consultants and other researchers who are interested in ERP adoption in Vietnam.
