Edward Lemon is Kennan Institute Fellow at the Daniel Morgan Graduate School, Washington DC, USA. He has previously held positions at Columbia University, USA, and the University of Exeter, UK. His research examines authoritarian governance, religion, security, and migration in Eurasia.
