He doesn't realize that a Texas cowgirl's got spunk and brains. The gunfight on horseback in the middle of a Haboob taxes the skills Dakota taught the operatives. Next comes Pakistan--all the operatives, Dakota, her Border collie Shane, and Piper are sent to rescue a female scientist that escaped from the Russians. The woman is hiding with the nomad tribes. Director Shiloh of the Mossad, Cougar's uncle, asks for help to rescue her brother, Elijah. The terrorists have taken him for bait to lure out the director so they can murder him.
