Tatsushi Arai is an Associate Professor of Peace and Conflict Transformation at the SIT Graduate Institute in Vermont, USA. He has a PhD in Conflict Resolution from George Mason University in Virginia, and extensive international experience as a trainer, mediator, and dialogue facilitator.
