This book is an effort to bring a philosophical and scientific theory of God and the Universe to mankind. It is the author's belief that God is a physical entity that can be readily understood. The reader will come to understand the means by which God created this universe as a set of three universes involving the past, the present, and the future such that as the past universe erases, the future universe forms. The first half of this book discusses the soul of man in higher light speed energy. It also discusses the philosophical and physical aspects of new earth salvation and angelic salvation. This book does not discuss any particular religion but only the philosophical and general religious concepts of God and the spiritual world. Therefore it is a book which people of all religious faiths can study and discuss. The second half of this book incorporates the principles of Quantum mechanics, Einsteinian space time, String theory, Doppler Space Time, Multi light speed theory, and the Dot wave theory into a uniform theory of the physical God and the Universe. The book uses simple algebraic equations to bring a practical Engineering level understanding of the multi-dimensional multi-light speed Dot-wave structure of God and the Universe. This book shows the electrical equations for gravity using the hydrogen atom. The time of the universe from big bang is calculated as 13.63 billion years from the expansion of the hydrogen atom whereas the astronomical data is 13.7 +/- 0.1 billion years. In addition the gravitational constant is calculated to 0.0005 percent in this book.
