This book tells the story about a lawsuit filed in Federal court. This story contains actual court documents. The lawsuit was filed by the writer of this book Ed Flint and the story is about Flint being injured, by the illegal drugs, he was given by a Target Corporation's Pharmacy. Target refused to help Flint and he sued them. The chief judge didn't like the Flint being his own lawyer. The judges and Target's attorneys took advantage of Flint's lack of experience and they violated court rules. They played all kinds of dirty trick on Flint, refused to give him the discovery information he was entitled to by court rules. The corrupt judges did everything to make sure Flint didn't win the case. The judges refused to give answers to 47 motions that the Flint filed with the court. Target did everything to protect their reputation with the public. Other drugs distributing companies which distribute drugs to Target became involved in a cover up with Target and the two judges. The judges made sure that Flint would never have his case tried by a jury. They judges refused to make the President of Target give a deposition after he was properly served by a court subpoena. The judges refused to order others to give depositions or hand over documents or answer questions which they had to by court rules. Every person connected with the case tried to take advantage of Flint's inexperience and that mean everyone, Target, judges other companies. They lied, they hid things from Flint, they delayed, the refused to hand over documents, they refused to answer interrogatory questions, all which the court rule said Flint was entitled to. An employee of the company that manufactured the illegal drug s even wrote a letter to the distributor regarding Flint's health and stated that Flint had cancer and that's why the drugs injured him. The person who wrote the letter was not a doctor and had never seen Flint. Flint appealed the Judge's order of the local court to the Federal Court of Appeals. The Appeals court upheld the local court's order and make up laws to protect the two local judges.
