O autorze

I was born in China. I received my BSc from the University of Luton in 2005, and received my MSc from the University of Aberdeen in 2006. I started my PhD from 2007, and fortunately, I received my PhD from the University of Plymouth in 2012. My research topic focuses on the issue of corporate governance in Chinese listed companies.
