Mr. NAAS Toufik was born in Algeria. He studied in Algeria at the University of Ziane Achour, where he successfully completed two degrees: a B.A. in Mechanical engineering, and M.A. in Modeling and Simulation of mechanical engineering. As a scholar he continued for another degree, in graduate studies at Djelfa University pursuing Ph.D.
