Konstantin Louganski earned his Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, where
he pursued research in power electronics. His 25 years of
combined industrial and academic experience include electrical
machines, telecommunications, ac-dc and dc-dc switchmode power
converters. He presently works on development of high-power
battery chargers for electric vehicles.
