Content-based Instruction has been studied worldwide for more than three decades. It is even more flourishing recent years when ESP (English for Special purposes), EAP (English for Academic Purposes) and LSP (Language for Special Purposes) have been gathering the momentum in foreign language or second language education. Books on pedagogy of foreign language teaching used to provide theories and practices without the bridge to link them. That s why in this book the research approaches and methodologies were included.
