Dr. Al-Qutaish received the Ph.D. degree in Software Engineering from University of Québec, Canada in 2007. So far, he has more than 35 published articles. Furthermore, he is a Canadian Representative and Committee Member of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC7 Work Group 6 on Software Evaluation and Measurement, and he is a SM of the IEEE & IEEE-CS.
