This manuscript is the work in medicine of Chihai Jana, on the subject: "Rationale of the community-based services for patients with psychic disorders," Chi in u 2011. The object of the present study are people with mental health problems, their relatives and families, providers of the mental health services - medical and social from the Republic of Moldova. The goal of the research is: Assessment of the necessities in care of people with psychic disorders and activities of providers of mental health services and elaboration of scientific, methodological and practical measures to integrate community-based services for this category of patients. The scientific innovation of the research is that for the first time in the Republic of Moldova there was carried out: assessment of Mental Health services; determination of the medico-social aspects of the patients with psychic disorders, of their families and relatives; analysis of the providers' opinion regarding medical and social services rendered people with mental health problems; model of Community Mental Health Center."
