This volume has as proposal a critical analysis of the plot that involves the person who chooses or is submitted to Cochlear Implant Its advances and mishaps. However, what matters are the discourses of power and control imposed by the biocapital and that, according to posts and what is commented in the social network, probably was subjectivated by the person with bionic hearing. The analysis, starts from the observation of groups and communities existing in the virtual environment and culminates in the commercial relationship that interferes in the understanding of the self when one lives the experience of the I.C. This type of investigation became possible because the "voice" of those who live the condition of implanted person is present in their posts. However, for the analysis to be possible, because subjectivity is something that cannot be measured, three categories were considered: collective losses, love, and individual losses. Similarly, the subjects were observed as belonging to two groups: bionic ear cyborgs by induction and bionic ear cyborgs by subordination. Both categories start from monitoring, after a few years, what groups formed by people with cochlear implants think, post, and talk about themselves.
