Alexandroff is currently the Director of Research for the Program on Conflict Management and Negotiation at the University of Toronto and a Principal of LECG Inc., an economic, finance and strategic management consulting firm. Sylvia Ostry is Distinguished Research Fellow, Centre for International Studies, University of Toronto. She is a director of a number of international institutions and private corporations, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. Rafael Gomez is Assistant Professor at the Interdisciplinary Institute of Management, London School of Economics and Politics and also holds Research Fellowships at the LSE and the University of Toronto.
