This volume is the third part of the Corpus of Anglo-Saxon Charters being sponsered jointly by the British Academy and the Royal Historical Society. It contains seventeen documents concerning the bishopric and monastry at Sherborne, and five charters from the abbey of Horton, whose dates range from AD 671 to 1061. All of them (with one exception) have been preserved in the impressive SHerborne Cartulary.
