Urbanization is primarily a complex of functional changes, it occurs near cities as well as in the rural countryside. The major problems associated with the urban centers in India are that of unplanned expansion, changing land use / land cover areas. It is recorded as a diffusion wave of changing life-style mainly controlled by the changing accessibility of places offering new opportunities.Land use and land cover changes have wide range of consequences at all spatial and temporal scales. Because of these effects and influences it has become one of the major problems for environmental change as well as natural resource management. Identifying the complex interaction between changes and its drivers over space and time is important to predict future developments, set decision making mechanisms and construct alternative scenarios. The Urbanization assessment and analysis data with its improved RFDT algorithm based on budget calculation are producing quality results. The spectral and texture attributes are the major components constitutes the spatial feature system, is calculated and the band level differentiation were implemented to provide an improved classification system.
