To fully address the Island's response to change, one needs to look at the interplay of change, culture and communication.It is also important to consider how these three elements can be monitored and managed by the both the Saints and the clergy alike. From this basis, the writer proposes that the focus of the intercultural communication of the Gospel should be on the ever-changing world of the youth on the Island.
