All of the above mentioned are considered as powerful motivations to make inevitable a new view to properties registration rights and its results. So inspite of passing several decades of registration organization life in Iran country and the first law of properties and documents registeration we encounter a undesirable fact that legislation institution for registration issues cannot enjoy laws stability to provide and perform justice in society and we can not observe some challenges appearace in the section of properties by scrutinizing registration activities.
