In this book, we present information of easy and quick consultation for the surgeon to solve the most frequent day-to-day doubts. The information today is very disperse, and thus, we bring in this manuscript a compilation of relevant data, all based on our experience of more than 25 years dedicated to teaching and researching treatments for the head and neck region in Brazil and abroad. Caldeira, Dr. Eduardo JoséHead of the Morphology and Pathology Department of the Faculdade de Medicina de Jundiaí. Holds a PhD in Internal Medicine and is a Professor of Anatomy and Maxillofacial Surgery at USP. Fellow of the International Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is Specialist Advisor for the Medical Area of the State Council of Education of the Government of São Paulo.
