This book proposes the implementation of a novel hybrid method for cell detection and cell tracking of biological cells of "in vitro" samples. The proposed detection for this method is done by the evaluation of a computational method based on image processing methods; Several tecniques and methods had been developed and the better combination of them for our porpuse were normalization, equalization, binarization, morphological operators, normalized cross correlation and a settle algorithm. Background elimination is a priori task for this work. Fourier analysis plays an important role in this work, by frequency analysis the elimination of the background is easier and faster.
